Katie Hommy
After buying her first home at just 19, Katie developed a strong interest in the mortgage industry and turned it into her career.
Katie is passionate about mortgages and brings extensive lender knowledge to her clients. As an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), she looks beyond just mortgage rates. She takes the time to help you understand all of your mortgage terms and ensures your best interests are always the priority.
As the owner and leader of the Integrity Mortgage team, Katie is committed to maintaining a high standard of service and support for every client.
Having been a resident of Nanaimo for over 25 years, Katie has a deep understanding of the local real estate market. As a rental property owner herself, she can assist with both investment property financing and personal residential mortgage needs.
Katie is known for providing upfront, honest advice and is always available to guide you through the mortgage application process.
Tristan Woods
Tristan brings close to 20 years of experience in financial services and holds a BA in Economics from UBC Okanagan. He spent much of his career working with Canada’s big banks, gaining a strong understanding of how lenders operate, but ultimately made the move to the broker side to focus fully on what matters most, his clients.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast, where he’s lived with his young family for over a decade, Tristan understands the unique challenges of financing in smaller markets like Vancouver Island and the Coast. He takes a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach and works closely with clients to create mortgage strategies that support their long-term goals.
Outside of work, Tristan is an avid mountain biker and active in the local trail-building community. He’s passionate about the outdoors and enjoys giving back to the place he calls home.
Siobhan Mckenzie
Siobhan is a Licensed Mortgage Professional who proudly serves clients across Salt Spring Island and Vancouver Island.
With a background in financial advisory and client advocacy, she brings a thoughtful and personalized approach to every mortgage. Siobhan takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation and provides clear guidance through a wide range of options, including first-time homebuyer programs, refinancing, investment properties, and more complex financing needs.
Originally from Vancouver, Siobhan moved to Salt Spring Island in 2014 and quickly became part of the local community. She is passionate about building strong relationships and is committed to providing honest advice, transparent communication, and a supportive mortgage experience from start to finish.
Jeff Knutson
After more than 30 years in the Canadian banking and credit union systems, Jeff transitioned into mortgage brokering in 2026 to bring his expertise directly to homeowners.
His experience goes beyond mortgage advice, with a strong background in lending policy, pricing strategy, and risk assessment. He uses this insight to help clients understand how lenders think and to position their applications for the best possible outcomes.
He takes a long-term approach to mortgage planning, helping clients align their financing with their overall goals. He also works with more complex situations, including self-employed clients and unique properties.
Jeff is committed to providing clear, honest guidance and supporting clients through every step of the mortgage process.
Jeff is deeply connected to his community, having coached youth sports and supported local non-profit organizations. Since moving to Salt Spring Island in 2016, he has been proud to serve clients across Salt Spring and Vancouver Island.
Angela Massop
Angela is the Office Manager at Integrity Mortgage and has been a key part of the team since 2021.
She plays an important role in supporting clients throughout the mortgage process, working closely with Katie to ensure everything runs smoothly from application to approval. Angela assists with document collection, answers questions, and keeps files organized and on track.
With a background in financial services, including formal training in financial services advice through the Canadian Securities Institute, Angela brings a strong understanding of the mortgage process. She also supports the team in keeping files organized and processes running efficiently, helping maintain a high standard of service for every client. Angela is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a smooth and stress-free experience.
Kim Strynadka
With over 20 years of experience as both a Broker and Lender, Kim brings a wealth of talent, knowledge, and expertise. She is clear about her mission in life: to help others improve both their net worth and their self-worth.
When Kim purchased her first condo in her 20s, her bank initially declined her mortgage application. On the advice of a Realtor, she turned to a Mortgage Broker and ended up securing a better mortgage with the very same bank that had turned her down. Impressed by the experience, she became a Mortgage Broker herself within a year and has since made it her mission to help others achieve their homeownership goals.
Kim enjoys a challenge and understands that every client’s situation is unique. Having “been around the block” herself, as a self-employed individual, a landlord, and more, she brings both personal insight and professional expertise to the table.
